platform/ smart-base-platform

The import seam: `platform/index.ts` re-exports every platform symbol this instance uses, so re-pointing the platform is a one-file edit. It sat at `platform.ts` beside the declaration until the cutover (folio-assistant#2320, bean hupw, owner 2026-10-07: 'Forks declare it'): a remote mount brings declared directories only, so a root file the mounted code imports never arrived. Declared, it travels with the code that needs it.

schemas/ smart-base-schemas

The dak vocabulary in code: `dak-blocks.ts` (the block builders `content-adapters/dak.json` names), `dak-kinds.ts` and `dak-jsonld.ts` (read off `block-kinds/`), `dak-content-type.ts`, `dak.ts`, and the l2-dak-authoring skill's input/output JSON Schemas. Declared at the cutover (bean hupw) so a remote mount brings it: the mounted adapter and QA checkers name these modules.

pipeline/ smart-base-pipeline

`pipeline/qa-checkers-dak.ts`, the automated DAK checkers `qa-checkers/` names (`DAK_AUTOMATED_CHECKERS`). Declared at the cutover (bean hupw) so a remote mount brings it; it was `content/pipeline/` until every layer's pipeline moved to `pipeline/` (owner, 2026-10-14, the rnfl move cat-harness-tools made on 2026-10-12).

scripts/ smart-base-scripts

This layer's own scripts and their tests: document-kinds, the DAK components figure, the DTH term findings, the smart-kg L1 extraction and pin, and the fhir-harness exclusions check, and the L1 recommendation scenario candidates with the vocabulary reader they resolve against (bean kvd2), whose test fixtures and measles run sit under `scripts/fixtures/`. Declared at the cutover (bean hupw) so a remote mount brings them.

kg/ smart-base-kg

The SMART Guidelines knowledge-graph schema, L1 3.0, as Zod: `src/` (the L1 layer and its `l1-library` extension, the graph-document shape, `validate.ts`, `kgid.ts`, the offline JSON-LD loader and the emitters), `test/`, and `generated/l1/` (the ontology JSON, the document JSON Schema and the JSON-LD contexts, written by `src/emit.ts`), with its own `package.json` for `kg.yml`. The emitter also writes the IG's FSH (`input/fsh/models/KGL1*.fsh`, `input/fsh/codesystems/KG*.fsh`, `input/fsh/valuesets/KG*VS.fsh`), which stays at the repository root with the rest of the IG. Moved here from the repository root `kg/` on the owner's ruling F1 (2026-10-15): `scripts/l1-recommendation-candidates.ts` imports `kg/src/`, and a remote mount brings declared directories only, so a root `kg/` never arrived in an index.

Tests of the code this layer holds, moved with their subjects so the harness keeps no test importing upward into this layer: `composition-roots` (the declared tool groups and route mounting) and `mcp-graph-tools`.
