KG subscriptions
A substrate is an external Knowledge Graph: a repository whose root declaration meets bootstrap’s schema requirements and declares at least one harness. An instance subscribes to one at a pinned commit, then chooses which of its subgraphs, assets and harnesses to hold. Everything it does not choose stays referenced: known, and not copied. Design: the KG subscriptions proposal (issue #1719).
Known substrates
Derived from the declarations wherever a fact exists: a staged instance’s planned repository, and an associated harness’s site. Only what no declaration can say is hand-entered, in knownSubstrates.
| substrate | repository | status | tools repository | source | note |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
iHRIS Knowledge Base ihris | litlfred/ihris | 📦 exists | — | associated harness | — |
WHO IRIS who-iris | litlfred/who-iris | 📦 exists | — | hand-entered | Repository created 2026-09-30 and empty; the staged instance sits in the checkout under the same name. Seeding is held (kg-separation stage 10) until the owner says so. The WHO voices style guide merges into it as a subgraph. |
WHO World Health Data Hub who-world-health-data-hub | — | 💡 proposed | — | hand-entered | Proposed by the owner 2026-09-30 as a repository per large KG asset type; no instance or repository yet. |
Subscriptions
No instance subscribes to a substrate yet. The first planned subscription is litlfred/ihris, which is already associated (epic bean fnx4).
