scripts/ fhir-ig-scripts

The IG site pipeline's code and the Liquid templates it renders with: `stage-ig-sites.ts` stages each instance's IG as its own just-the-docs site, `build-ig-site.ts` turns an IG's `input/` and `sushi-config.yaml` into that site (navigation, colour scheme, the lifted `site.data.fhir` artefact variables, and the Publisher-generated pages `toc` and `artifacts`), `ig-site-data.ts` lifts the IG's `_data`, and `ig-ast.ts` lists, checks, diffs and renders IG ASTs. Templates sit under `templates/`, beside the writer that reads them (`liquid-templates`). Undeclared until 2026-10-01 while the Tool nodes in `tools/` invoked every one of these files: a `.liquid` file in an undeclared directory is one no checker looks at, which is what declaring it fixes.

pipeline/ fhir-harness-plugin-slots

The one typed table of this instance's pipeline-slot implementations (`plugin-slots.ts`), which the nodes in pipeline-plugins/ name and the loader requires. It lies under harness-config's declared `*/pipeline/plugin-slots.ts` import glob, as folio-assistant-sci's table does.

1 file

test/ cat-harness-tools-tests

Tests of the code this layer holds, moved with their subjects so the harness keeps no test importing upward into this layer: `composition-roots` (the declared tool groups and route mounting) and `mcp-graph-tools`.

4 files

templates/ folio-templates

Files `folio_init` WRITES INTO a new folio, kept as real files rather than strings inside `scripts/init-folio.ts`. Moved here from `cat-harness/templates/` by bean `70lx`; the id is kept, because `init-folio.ts` looks the directory up by it (`TEMPLATES_ID`).
